We had a wonderful stay, the hotel was hectic, fairly clean, with stunning location right on the central avenue. The staff was OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING, the room was normal double with vintage decor, everything was perfect.

reception staff knew me by name even before I had given my details - friendly and efficient. The lobby area was unusual and not your standard bland hotel; it had a quirky touch. Excellent buffet breakfasts and a good location close to the airport bus and a 10min walk from the railway station.Typical Scandinavian interior of room, minimalist but stylish.
Relatively small size room and poor view.

The staff was friendly they changed the room at our first request and gave us the best they had. Good location in terms of accessibility to all sights.
The hotel is a bit too small. The rooms even superior ones are rather small. The corridors are narrow, the breakfast is spare. The garage was almost full so we were lucky to park the car.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially since breakfast downstairs was delicious and the staff were super warm and friendly throughout my visit, making me feel instantly welcomed in the heart of Gothenburg.

Our package included bathrobes/slippers. Also included was free coffee/pastry service in the reception/coffee shop fronting the hotel. Excellent location. Read complaints about small rooms but ours was fine. Room fronted a busy street/main drag, but with window closed sound-proofing was good.
